Antonio McKay Sr. (1964-) is a former Georgia Tech All-American track and field athlete, and Olympic gold medalist (Los Angeles 1984) in 4 x 400 meter relay. He set the indoor 400-meter world record of 45.79 in 1984 and the indoor 300-meter world record (32.51) in 1987.

McKay was inducted into the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame in 1999. He now works as a Track coach at St. Plus, a private high school in Atlanta, Georgia. Following the murder of McKay's sister, McKay has raised her two sons.[1]
