Bryan Clay (born January 3, 1980 in Austin, Texas) is an American decathlete. He won the gold medal in the Decathlon at the 2008 Summer Olympics.

He is part African American and also a third-generation Japanese American. Clay graduated from James B. Castle High School (Kaneohe, Hawaii) in 1998. He competed in track and field during high school, where he was coached by Dacre Bowen and Martin Hee. He then attended Azusa Pacific University, where he competed in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and was coached by Kevin Reid.

His personal best in the decathlon is 8832 points, scored in 2008 US Olympic Trials.
